We are t3c and here to help

Tokyo Community Care Center (T3C) is a volunteer operated service seeking to provide quality and compassionate care. We are a collection of individuals from all kinds of backgrounds, experiences, beliefs, and nationalities connected by the same goal: to reach out to those that are hurting.

As T3C we also have some core values that unite us in this goal and help to give insight to how we operate:

  • Our counseling and educational material is brief, holistic, and uses many tools and therapies in care

  • We strive to keep number of sessions under 10 in total, sometimes one might be enough!

  • We believe that wholistic care is important. This includes mental, physical, and spiritual.

  • We mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at T3C but other techniques are used depending on the need and care giver.

  • We are non-profit and donations are not required but can be accepted.
